Vincent Carthron, better known as "Vince," is the sheer representation of a talented, conscientious business man with multiple skill sets to render to the world. His drive and ambition across an array of industries and passions are rare, but permeate each room. The former professional linebacker and All-American collegiate star-turned businessman and entrepreneur is now a professional boxing executive for notable athletes.

Making media appearances on “Over the Top” with Michelle Taylor-Willis, the Van Buren Variety Show and BoxingScene, Vincent strategically positioned himself as a subject matter expert on the fighting community, professional boxing career moves, and PPV Showtime-level fights best practices. Currently, he's the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The W Sports & Entertainment, LLC., while simultaneously wearing and totting a dual hat as a football client services operator. From procurement to negotiation, he's sparked success for both amateur and professional athletes through ongoing representation, recruitment efforts, assessment practices, financial management and assistance, and month-over-month strategic planning. Before joining WorldWide Sports and Entertainment Collective, he was the director of player/parent relations and also pioneered marketing and pitch campaigns to foster NFL draft picks.

But, his talents expand far beyond just notable football plays. To date, he's scored a bevy of high-profile roles within the ecosystem of his first love: music.

Channeling his innate fascination for music as a budding Ritesonian Productions intern, he stepped outside of the box for a typical newbie, as his knack for business gleamed bright with Grammy® and AMA winner Benjamin Wright. Achieving an almost unheard-of opportunity, he earned an unconventional promotion to a full-time role supporting Ritesonian Productions' business development team. His career soared from there.
Since then, he's worked on several Grammy® award-winning, critically acclaimed, and chart-topping projects for renowned celebrities, including Raphael Saadiq; Outkast; Mariah Carey; Justin Timberlake; Mary Mary; DJ Quick; Nelly Furtado; and Donnie McClurkin. He also checked the feature film “Daddy’s Little Girls" off of his career checklist.
The essence of success was ingrained in him while playing sports in high school. His mainstay has always been his work ethic.
